I’m only one day away from cracking 1m flares, purely from referrals If you don’t have any capital, you can still gain exposure to the @solsticefi ecosystem in 2 ways: ▪️ Referrals ▪️ Reaching top 100 on the Xeet board The Xeet board is insanely competitive. If you don’t have a big account, it might be a little to late to try to gain exposure. If you’re talking about more than 2-3 ecosystems, you’re cooked. Referrals are the easiest way to earn flares & it relies entirely on your network. Your network is free to grow, it just takes time. Most people will not enter your network unless you are providing some sort of value. Your focus needs to be figuring out what value you can provide, and then providing that value to as many people as possible. Additionally, just be nice. It’s insane how many people are extremely negative & accusatory to people they don’t even know. This doesn’t just write off that person from ever entering your network, but every single person you are affiliated with. Starting drama always leads to negative returns and it is best avoided unless there is an extremely good reason why. Obviously, don’t let people walk over you & call out things that go against your values, but if you’re a generally unfriendly person, you aren’t going to make it far in this industry Kindness goes a long way, and it’s led to almost 1m flares in a very short amount of time.
