One of my hobbies is making watches. I’ve been a big fan of Unimatic for a while and I really like this new Todd Snyder collab. Probably not going to buy it, but because they posted a parts list, I can basically make this myself. Tempting.

Parts list below-- Brushed black dive watch case. $29~ note: the spec sheet listed the crown separately but the cases come with them so not going to do a sepate part listing for that.

This dial has a date window, which the reference doesn't have. Could probably find one without if I wanted to dig but this is good enough for now. $15 dial

I *know* that I've seen these hands before but I can't find them. Regardless, you can rebuild them in the aggregate. $4 hands with about $2.40 more for the extra GMT hand.

They went with a custom engraved caseback (which I'm obviously not going to do), so picked out a random generic silver caseback for illustrative purposes. $6

Here's an NH34A movement. These used to be $25-30~. Now because of tarriffs they're quickly approaching $100 a pop. This is single-handedly killing this hobby. $90

The strap is actually a little hard to match because there are literally thousands of options online but I think this is pretty similar. Black suede leather watch strap with black hardware and quick release. $6
