Simply enter the recipient’s phone number, email address, UID, or sub-account name linked to their OKX account. Assets will be credited instantly, with no blockchain confirmation required and no network fees charged.

Differences between withdrawing to On-chain addresses and OKX users:

  • On-chain addresses: Suitable for withdrawals to external platforms or wallet addresses. Transactions must be confirmed on the blockchain and require payment of network fees.

  • OKX users: Available only between OKX users. Funds are transferred internally within the platform, credited in real time, fee-free, and without blockchain confirmation.

How do I make a withdrawal to an OKX user?

Step 1: Select Assets at the bottom right of the app > Withdraw > Withdraw crypto.

Step 2: Select or search for the cryptocurrency, then choose OKX users as the recipient.
