I got the opportunity to test out @CryptoTrueMiner and wanted to share my experience. They have 4 different "modes", each with their own benefits. Flash Pools, Mining Pools, Solo Mine, & Free Mine. They all use Mining Power (MP) to try for a reward, redeemable as MP or USDC.
I have tried Flash Pools, Solo Mine, & Free Mine. Haven't read all the docs yet, but it seems like Mining Pools is a more economical version of flash pools. Less cost, less possible reward. Due to being a bit of a degen, I didn't test this option out.
Unlike regular mining, the MP cost has decreased over time. Usually cost stays the same or increases where the probability of a reward decreases. Haven't dug into why this is, but at the time of writing this, the cost was 990 MP vs 1,030 MP when I started.
I had entered the BCH Flash Pool twice, each with 3 "entries". I've attached a SS during the mining for reference. I was fortunate that 1 block was mined which netted 8,472 of MP that I ended up withdrawing as 84.72 USDC. Can only be converted at claim currently.

I was not as fortunate the 2nd run. 94% was the closest we had got to mining 1 block. It would have been ~$1,401 for the pool or ~$89 reward for my portion. There is a "calc" period for the larger rewards, and the reward value isn't locked until paid. This should be improved.
For the Solo Mines, I did 5 BTC Cash S, 5 Raven S, and 4 Kaspa S. These rewards were reinvested. 1 of my BTC Cash S said 108% chance aka mined a block, but that updated to 76% when the run was finished. Not sure how that happened, but it would have been $1,496 so that hurts bad.

For the Raven S, I had 2 successful runs. It was stated as $97 for reward ($67 now), which is a bit misleading as it isn't the most common or blended average payout. This should definitely be updated as this issue seems to be only affecting the Raven/Kaspa Solo Mines.

For the Kaspa S, all of my runs were successful, but it showed $14 for the reward and I got between $7.91 to $8.87. Again, this inconsistency with what is stated as I would assume the most likely outcome, a blended average of outcomes/rewards, or the historical value.

I only did 3 Big Rock Piles in Free Mine at 100 MP each. Each one got gems to be used to increase Free Mine efficiency as well as recouped some MP. I had got 55, 87, & 80 MP or ~74 MP/run, which assumes a 26% loss of MP that the value is likely converted to gems.
In summary, my initial 15,000 MP was sponsored and no other form of compensation was received. I did withdraw some of the converted MP to USDC as stated above. Net Results were -5,150 for BTC Cash, -433 for Raven, -862 for Kaspa, 2,352 for BCH Flash Pool, & 222 for Free Mine.
I still have 2,357 MP that I will likely enter two more BCH Flash Pools with and the remaining go into Big Rock Piles in Free Mine. Overall a fun experience, but if I had invested $150, I would be down $41.71 assuming I could convert the remaining 2,357 to 23.57 USDC.
