The New OKX Interface: Faster, Clearer, Unified
OKX started as an engineering company. Our focus was infrastructure — systems that run reliably, at scale, with precision. That foundation has not changed. What has changed is how people use these systems, and what they expect from them.
Over time, it became clear that performance and security are not enough. Interfaces matter. If tools are hard to use, they slow people down. If experiences are inconsistent, trust suffers. For OKX to build the foundations of future markets, we need to engineer not just the back end, but the way people interact with it.
This is why OKX has shifted from being engineering-only to design-led engineering. It means applying the same rigor we use in infrastructure to the design of our interfaces.
Unified Modes: A Crypto Super App
OKX brings together three modes — Simple, Exchange, and Web3 — in one interface. With a single click, users can move between them.
Each mode is distinct, but they work together as part of a larger system:
Simple provides clarity and direct access for newcomers.
Exchange delivers precision tools for professionals.
Web3 connects directly to decentralized applications and assets.
This unification makes OKX more than an exchange. It builds the foundation of a financial super app — a platform where different levels of experience and different types of markets coexist without friction.
The New Upgrade
We are now rolling out two major updates:
The Money App — a simpler way to handle payments and asset management inside OKX. It’s designed to be fast, reliable, and integrated with the rest of the ecosystem. It works across all modes, so whether someone is starting out, trading actively, or using Web3, money movement is consistent and straightforward.
Upgraded Interface — across Simple, Exchange, and Web3 modes. The update makes the experience cleaner, more unified, and faster to use.
Simple: easier onboarding, clearer layouts.
Exchange: sharper execution views, more efficient workflows.
Web3: smoother dApp connections, better asset handling.
The goal is not style for its own sake. It is clarity, speed, and reliability.
These upgrades are launching first in the US, EEA, Singapore, Brazil, and the Republic of Türkiye — the first markets to step into the future of money with us. We will conduct a controlled rollout in these markets in the next several days, with further global expansion to follow.
Looking Ahead
From now on, interface improvements will be a regular part of our roadmap. Just as we maintain and upgrade system performance, we will continuously refine how the platform looks and feels.
This balance — engineering strength with design clarity — is what will define the next stage of OKX. The Money App and this interface upgrade are steps toward that goal.
